An issue has surfaced recently from Apple’s most recent iOS update (version 13.1.2). This issue has impacted the ability of some candidates to complete their video interviews via Harqen’s iPhone app.
While we have only encountered a small handful of candidates reporting this issue, we wanted to assure you that we are aware of the problem – and that we are working toward making the necessary updates to our iOS app.
If you encounter any technical difficulties with your iOS device utilizing version 13.1.2 or newer, you will have the ability to complete your interview through other devices, including Android-based smartphones or computers that are equipped with a camera.
